The ideal Help Desk/Customer Support Representative will enjoy resolving technical issues and will learn how to support the most technologically advanced optical equipment in the world.
Because of continuous growth, we are looking for experienced and entry level Help Desk Representatives to join our team at our Hauppauge, NY location. This is an exciting role providing technical support for a wide range of high quality precision lens finishing equipment to ophthalmic professionals. If you are willing to learn, we will provide all the training that you need!
This dynamic opportunity also offers the potential of earning commission through the sales of service contracts and Equipment Protection Plans to our valued clients.

- Remotely troubleshoot technical issues and concerns with customers who are having problems with their equipment
- Answer questions regarding product features, installation and other issues that may disrupt their service
- Follow up with customer and departments within the organization to confirm resolution of the customer’s issues.
You will be provided all the training you need to clearly and concisely present technical information, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues related to the use, maintenance, and repair of Santinelli International’s optical equipment.
