SANTINELLI WINS OLA AWARD OF EXCELLENCE FOR NIDEK SE-9090 EDGER

Hauppauge, NY- At the recent Optical Lab Association (OLA) Exhibition in Nashville, Tennessee, Santinelli International was honored with the coveted Award of Excellence in the Best in Finishing Equipment category for the SE-9090 Industrial Edger System from NIDEK Co. Ltd.

According to the event organizers, the award is the OLA’s way of “recognizing the tremendous amount of effort the industry manufacturers invest in the research and development of new products.” The award represents a significant milestone for the NIDEK SE-9090 Industrial Edger System, which features exclusive dual-spindle, vertically mounted diamond wheels for simultaneous multi-tasking and the product line’s signature Crystal Cut Polish™.

Accepting the award on behalf of Santinelli International were Mr. Gerard Santinelli, President and CEO, and Mr. Joseph Santinelli, Chairman of the Board. Mr. G. Santinelli noted as saying, “I would like to thank the wholesale labs for their support which enabled us to win this prestigious award and the highly talented and skilled NIDEK product development team in Japan.” Mr. Santinelli also dedicated the award to his father, the founder of Santinelli International, Joseph Santinelli.
