Santinelli International Introduces SE-9090 Express Plus

Hauppauge , NY - Santinelli International proudly introduces the SE-9090 Express Plus, an up-graded version of the 2004 OLA Award-winner. This new version is 25% faster and designed with exclusive dual spindle technology that allows for multi-tasking processes.

The SE-9090 Express Plus is constructed of heavy-duty, industrial grade components for 24/7 operation, edging high index, Trivex, and polycarbonate lenses that are unsurpassed in consistent quality. The unit can be fitted with Santinelli International robotic handling units and can also be paired with the company’s AHM unit for drilling functionality.

With new style vertical and horizontal linear bearings, vibration is eliminated thereby retaining accuracy even at the higher speed. The torque pressure that is exerted is equalized using the dual spindle technology that grinds the lens nasal and temporal simultaneously. The SE-9090 Express Plus edger has a diameter tolerance of a mere 0.01mm, with built-in features that include automatic exclusive Crystal Cut™ edge polish and automatic safety bevel (polished or frosted).
