Santinelli International Launches Custom ‘eyes’ ed Software

Hauppauge , NY – As the predominant expert in processing rimless drill mounts, Santinelli International is launching Fashion Lab, an innovative software solution by Activisu Solutions that provides the customization of rimless eyewear. With Fashion Lab, ECP’s can better meet their patients’ needs and manage their lens finishing lab more easily, efficiently, and profitably.

Using Fashion Lab, ECP’s can quickly and easily offer their patients with unique, customized rimless eyewear with extreme precision. Customized lens designs are created by manipulating standard shape templates and utilizing advanced computer image rendering to best suit each patient’s personal style.

Fashion Lab can obtain lens shape data from a tracer or an internally managed database. This database maintains a library of standard and custom lens shapes, along with drill coordinates for three-piece mounts. EPC’s will be able to utilize the database to combine any shape with any chassis to produce unique, customized eyewear.

Fashion Lab compliments Santinelli International’s ME-1000 Multifunction Edger by seamlessly communicating job specifications to the edger at the press of a button. Fashion Lab is able to transmit this data to a local or remote lens finishing facility.
