Santinelli Launches 1st Robotic 3-D Drilling & Grooving Unit

Hauppauge, NY- Santinelli International announces the first-ever robotic edging system to incorporate exclusive, fully-automatic 3-D drilling and 3-D grooving technology: the AES-1500. In addition to these patented functions, the AES-1500 offers Santinelli International's signature Crystal Cut Polish and polish safety bevel.

The AES-1500 is a breakthrough technological advancement designed to meet today's demanding drilling and grooving requirements. The new robotic edging system is a combination of the AHM-1000 auto-drilling and grooving unit, along side the renowned SE-9090 Express Industrial Edger. The end result provides industrial labs with unprecendented throughput effeciency, incredible accuracy, and benchmark quality.

Unlike other robotic systems, the AES-1500 has 3-D CNC drilling and grooving functions that operate independently of the grinding process for optimal processing speed. The AES-1500 is available in a ten-tray stacker design for easy auto loading/unloading, and is also available in a conveyor belt design, to meet diverse lab specifications.
