In the event that your equipment requires on-site service, our manufacturer-trained and certified Field Service Engineers are available to meet your service needs. At Santinelli International, we never subcontract repair work to outside individuals or companies. This means you'll never find a stranger in your lab - only a highly skilled, highly qualified Santinelli equipment expert.

Hybrid Protection Plans:

Once your manufacturer's warranty expires, let Santinelli International protect your equipment. We offer varying levels of Hybrid Protection Plans to meet your individual needs.

Each plan includes one FREE Preventative Maintenance Service consisting of a 56-point inspection, cleaning, calibrations, adjustments, and lubrications to keep your machine running at its optimal level.
